Donna and I went to Prescott today to check out the changing leaves! We went up the back way and as we were circling up the hill we saw the memorial to the Granite Mountain Hotshots. It’s pretty impressive. I can’t imagine what those poor men went through.
We did some hiking around Watson Lake and the colors didn’t disappoint! It was beautiful. Then we stopped by Mortimer Farms. The walk was lined with pumpkins and inside was a quaint little store with homemade breads, jams, sweets and more! I’ll definately stop by there again! Walked around the property and saw the goats, donkeys, chickens, etc! Very fun!
On the way back we pulled off I-17 to check out the ‘mega-metropolis’ of Congress Junction! I’ve passed it so many times going back and forth and it just calls for photos!!
