Since the weather is so stifling hot here right now, Donna and I decided to do a day trip to Mt. Lemmon as the temperatures are about 30-degrees cooler there!\u00a0 Mt. Lemmon is about an hour away from Tucson located in the Santa Catalina Range surrounded by the Coronado National Forest.\u00a0 Summerhaven is a quaint little town where you can rent cute tiny cabins, buy homemade fudge and ice cream, relax with a cup of coffee while nestled in the pines!\u00a0 The road up to Summerhaven winds up the sides of the mountain to an altitude of over 9000 feet and the overlooks give great views of the snaking road and hoodoos.<\/p>

We did some hiking and then took the chair lift to the top of Mt. Lemmon.\u00a0 The views were awesome and the weather was perfect!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
